1. High precision gear, with no backlash design; able to achieve high RPM and delivery high torque as required during inner scarf cut off application
2. Smart geometry design which gives max blade usage. OD 315mm blade can cut through an OD 76mm tube, compare what our competitors doing with an OD 400mm blade!
3. Simplicity compact carriage design, using Aerospace grade Aluminum alloy as carriage base frame, highly weight reduction; benefits less mechanic wear out, less energy consumption.
4. Carriage moving by belt can achieve mill speed 170m/min operation with no distortion and high cutting length tolerance +/- 2mm
