Product description

Bus frame making line, process involved:

1. Tube cutting, material is high tensile steel, size 20*20 upto 80*120, wall thickness 1~4mm

2. Mother material length is 6~7m; cut piece length: 80~2500mm

3. After cutting, need to punching holes at both ends, in different direction upon request

4. Then bending the edge, also in different directions upon request

5. Afterward, inject marking before stacking to the collection bin

6. Output requirement: cycle time must be within 12 sec on average

7. Need to be MES ready for connection

8. 3 shifts 8*3 for 6 days per week.

9. Total 12 sets of machines, 24 robots working
