Suitable for steel product and nonferrous product, bar or tube high speed cutting.  With optional bundle loader, can install different processing equipment to form a closed loop production cell: cutting, chamfering, deburring, washing, length checking, robot assisting forming and welding, robot coating.  From mother material to component production cell available.

For multi head cutting purpose:

1. Product length >1500mm; No. of heads is multiple of product length

2. Can set up as no trim cut needed; end piece length is 20mm 

3. Optional auto length adjustment with servo movement on sawing unit on a linear guide system

4. Mist oil spray to achieve dry cut effect

5. Optional chip collecting and end piece collecting system for multi head cutting
